The Facilities

Specialty Language Centre provides you with the comprehensive, modern facilities needed for successful study in a language college environment. In the classroom we utilise the most modern educational equipment, including audio-lingual and video. In addition, our facilities include computer centres for both group and individual study. A teacher is available at all times to advise you and help with any difficulties that may arise.

Airport Transfer To ensure your welcome to Sydney is a friendly one, our staff can meet you at Sydney Airport and take you to your chosen accommodation.

Accommodation Many of our students choose to live with a host family for the duration of their English course, as they can both practise their English and learn about Australian culture first hand. Experienced counsellors are always available to discuss your homestay arrangements. If you prefer, our accommodation officer can help you to find an apartment, house, budget hotel, hostel or guest house for the duration of your stay in Sydney.

Student Welfare The staff at Specialty Language Centre are aware that living and studying in a foreign country can be difficult. Our friendly staff are always on hand to help students adapt to their new life in Australia.

Excursions and Social Activities
Our Social Activities Co-ordinator arranges a variety of excursions and activities for you to enjoy while studying at Specialty Language Centre. These are always a great way of seeing Sydney and making friends.

Sports Activities Students at Specialty Language Centre are encouraged to participate in a wide variety of Australian sports, including golf, tennis, squash, horseback riding, surfing, swimming, scuba-diving and bushwalking. Coaching in special sports such as scuba-diving or golf can be organised if required.
